Promoter’s Profile
Our Managing Partner Mr. S. Anand was an NRI and his mastery of construction, marketing , and public relations has raised the firm to the respectable peak where it now stands. He has held various roles at CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India) for the past ten years, most notably serving as the Chairman of the Trichy Chapter, and he has also served as the State Secretary for CREDAI TamilNadu.
In addition, he is an active member if BAI (Builders Association of India) and CII( Confederation of Indian Industry), further strengthening the firm’s industry connections and commitment to excellence.
Our partner, Mrs. Jayarani Anand, leads the finance, accounts, administration, and customer service divisions, and has been instrumental in the firm’s steady growth since its inception. Her leadership follows an impressive decade-long career in Singapore, where she managed portfolios across multiple industries. She brings extensive global experience in customer relations and fiscal advisory, ensuring our clients receive the best possible home-buying experience. Her strategic vision, meticulous approach to financial planning, and commitment to service excellence have helped shape our brand into one known for trust, transparency, and long-term value.
Our Partner Mr. Sanjay Anand holds an M.S. in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, USA and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Trichy. With his knowledge and experience in the construction industry, he brings hands on expertise, strong technical information, and unwavering dedication to every project. He began his professional journey with Olympia Groups, working on a Multi-Level Car Parking project at Chennai Airport. This project refined his expertise in executing heavy foundations for large structures in high-traffic urban zones.
Following this, he joined Tata Projects PVT Ltd, contributing to a prestigious high-rise apartment community in Mumbai. This role further strengthened his skills in managing complex structural works, meeting demanding timelines, and, above all, ensuring strict quality control at every stage.
His experience in Trichy includes a key role as an Engineer for Jeyam’s Fortune square, a landmark commercial building with seven floors, including a double basement. From executing the complete raft foundation and retaining walls to overseeing the final finishes, he ensured that every stage of construction met the highest standards of quality and safety, with particular focus on maintaining uncompromised quality in every corner while satisfying all statutory norms.
Currently, Mr. Sanjay Anand spearheading Jeyam’s Empire, a modern gated community comprising five blocks and 175 apartments, with a total construction area of 2.75 lakh square feet. Managing multiple blocks simultaneously within an ambitious 18-month timeline showcases his ability to lead large teams, coordinate resources efficiently, and deliver exceptional results with consistent quality control. Alongside project execution, he is actively involved in marketing, interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that every promise made translates into reality on site.
Through these varied projects, he has built a deep understanding of modern construction practices, robust quality management, and a strong commitment to creating lasting value for clients and communities alike.
